💸 Refund Policy

1. Donations

All donations made to SaveUs Inc. are voluntary and generally non-refundable.

2. Exceptions

Refunds may be considered in limited cases:

  • Duplicate transactions
  • Unauthorized payments
  • Technical errors

Requests must be submitted within 7 days of the transaction.

3. How to Request a Refund

Include:

  • Full name
  • Transaction date
  • Amount
  • Reason for request

4. Processing

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

5. Service Payments

Refunds for paid services (if applicable) are subject to individual service agreements.
